"The Ultimate Jihad Challenge"
Not long after the September 11 attacks, British authorities shut down a website and arrested a "terror instructor" as part of a London-wide investigation of groups with links to terrorism. The site was described on Reuters as follows:A Web site offering young Muslims the chance to learn all about explosives and the "art of bone breaking" was shut down this week under a new British crackdown on Islamic extremists.Police sources told Reuters Thursday that the closure of the London-based Sakina Securities Web site ... followed the arrest Monday of one of its instructors on terrorism charges. The 43-year-old alleged Sakina instructor -- police refuse to name him -- is one of two men being held on terrorism charges in Britain as it tightens the net on militants.

The arrested instructor was later identified as Sulayman Zain-ul-Abidin, accused of raising money for a banned terrorist organisation, the Islamic Jihad Group. On August 9, 2002, he was found innocent of the charges.
Noted the New York Times: "Zain-ul-abidin said that his Web site was part of a 'bona-fide commercial venture in the training of people who wanted to be involved in the completely lawful security business, such as bodyguards.' The business had been largely unsuccessful, with only one person making inquiries about training as a security guard, the court was told, and it was unclear whether the course he advertised actually existed."
